Dear Valued Patients,
I’ve cherished this beginning of spring with all of you. After the quiet, restorative months of winter, it feels like we’re all waking up and coming into full bloom—both outside and within. Thank you for sharing this beautiful season with me.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who has supported me during my move into the new clinic space at Suite B on SE Monroe St. It has been such a joy introducing you to the new space and continuing our work together in this fresh chapter. I’m truly grateful.

🌿 Time Away
I will be out of the clinic and traveling internationally from May 30 – June 20, 2026 to spend quality time with family.
If you are currently seeing me, we will create a personalized care plan for this period during your next visit.
If you’ve been thinking about scheduling an appointment, please book soon so we can get you in before I leave!
🎉 Something to Look Forward To
When I return, we’ll be celebrating a special Grand Opening / Anniversary Party with myself and Elk Rock Wellness! Please keep an eye out for your invitation — it’s going to be a fun event, and I’d love to see you there.
